Otherwise, what will happen?
My intuition always told me that now is the end of time, but not the end of the world. I did not have much more knowledge, but then read an informative book called The Mayan Prophecy by Ronald Bonewitz.
This book explains that the Mayan prophecy is a prophecy, as we know it, but rather a calendar. So what's so special about this calendar and the date of December 21, 2012?
Let me give you some information. The Maya believed thatThen binds together the different dimensions of the universe. They believed that time can be measured that are not frozen in time, and that time flows away from the past into the future.
The Mayans also believed that the time to be circular and cyclical, and that events repeated in several cycles.
The Mayas used three different calendars. The first is the Long Count calendar. This calendar was used to record the events of the past and predict future events. It begins, more or lessevery 5 000 years.
The second schedule is like the sacred or ritual calendar almanac known. This calendar consists of 260 days, and is used primarily for religious purposes and divination. The Sacred Calendar is comprised of two separate calendars, one with 20 days, and the second with 13 points. These two calendars at once ran, for example, where both calendars began the same day, both day 1 and day 14 of the 20-day 1 calendar day of the 13 calendar days would be. Day 20 andDay 13 was 260 days each.
The third schedule is like the solar calendar. This calendar is made up of 360 days, followed by another five days.
The beginning of the solar calendar and the ritual Almanac falls only once every 52 years. This period is called the cycle of the calendar. This is considered a most sacred time and is celebrated with various activities that the death of the old and the rebirth of the new party.
If the Mayan Long Count iscorrelated with the Gregorian calendar, then you can calculate that the world is to begin on August 13 3114 BC. Mayan Long Count calendar ends December 21, 2012.

The sun started fourth in 3114 BC (the start of the Mayan Long Count calendar) and is expected to end on 21 December 2012.
According to the Mayans, the Sun will start fifth on, say, documents and ancient Aztec: "There will be a movement of the earth and from that we will all die."

I wanted some irreverent observations on the media doing things in the airShare and doomsayers still cash in on the credulity of the people, but then I read the mystery of the Crystal Skull by Chris Morton and Ceri Louise Thomas.
This book describes the journey of the authors during the investigation, the existence and importance of the Crystal Skull. I will not say much more here, except that this book on my (very short) list of the latest must-read for anyone interested in spirituality and our roots. The information contained in the book is too hotto repeat, and I would not do justice to their message, pointing to sections of the book.
What I can tell you is that on December 21, 2012 earthquake or the end of the world. I can only say that most of the book will appeal to readers, because we always knew that there was more to life than the dress sense of some minor celebrity or some irrelevant political trickery.

There had been talk of changes in the Earth's magnetic field is still so drastic as the North and South Pole are changing positions. This last occurred about 780,000 years ago. The forecasts show that the ground for a change as dramatic as the title.
This is a signal for us to start supply of canned food and warm clothes? I do not think so. We have solar and lunar eclipses werethe past. You are always spectacular and take good photos, but not necessarily a disaster. We had a near miss 23 March 1989 to 300 meter diameter asteroid miss the Earth at 700,000 miles, the exact location where the earth is only six hours earlier.
And there is another waiting to happen: March 16, 2880, an asteroid with a diameter of about one km is probably due to the earth. I'll just play the show from my place in theGalaxy.
For me, it is December 21, 2012 to highlight the changes that we all knew a long time, and that the recent acceleration.
